Both the NOE and coupling panels support conditional formatting: that is, it is possible to colour the cell backgrounds to give an indication of how much predicted and experimental data deviate. This formatting is controlled from the 'Cell Colours' tabs on the NOE and coupling panels. The colours follow a simple traffic light system with two thresholds. Below the first threshold colours the cells green: there is an acceptable match between experimental and calculated data. Above this first threshold but below the second is coloured yellow, to indicate a questionable agreement between experimental and calculated data. Finally, above the second threshold results in a red cell background indicating poor agreement. The default threshold values are we would consider 'typical' , but you may disagree and change them as you feel appropriate.
